Terry Galloway is the founder and President of THE GALLOWAY GROUP.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in planning, project direction, and community and urban design, Terry’s vision has steered his firm to critical success by providing creative planning and design solutions, establishing THE GALLOWAY GROUP as a leader in developing market-responsive development programs, planning concepts and product configurations.
With extensive experience throughout the United States and Mexico, the firm has assisted developers and builders in the conceptualization, design and/or implementation of over 40 master planned communities and an estimated 210,000 residential homes and 7,500 multi-family dwellings. The Galloway Group’s clients consist of leading developers, national, regional and local homebuilders, and community/homeowner associations.
