The Galloway Group recently expanded their involvement in the master planned development of the (closed) Nelles Correctional Facility in Whittier, California.  For the past 18 months, The Galloway Group has assisted Brookfield Homes in their due diligence and feasibility phase of the project.  The firm’s concept included a regional commercial center and five residential neighborhoods around a central park feature.  The site plan preserved several historic buildings on site.
