Toscana Village Multi Family - Ontario, CA
The planning and neighborhood design of this high density project was a difficult challenge. The client wanted to maximize the density of 25 du/ac without any sub-grade parking. The City of Ontario discouraged any tandem parking solutions and encouraged a motorcourt building design. The Galloway Group worked TRA/Angle Design on an overall solution utilized stacked flats and carriage units in a three story building type with attached garages and detached carports. Five different floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms offered a variety of living options and optimized rental potential. The firm also worked with Dave George from Architopia to design the central leasing and recreation complex and created development standards and design guidelines for the specific plan entitlement.
