Wayne Ranch - Pinal County, AZ

The concept for Wayne Ranch was to provide opportunities for living and recreation within a master planned residential community. The plan featured an integrated recreational and open space system that connected four residential neighborhoods or Planning Areas within Wayne Ranch. A comprehensive open space system included three Village Greens and a central Community Commons strategically located for easy access to all future residents. Additional open space features, including pocket parks and retention areas, are located within each individual neighborhood. The Galloway Group provided complete entitlement, site planning and community design services to gain approval of a Planned Area Development (PAD) for Wayne Ranch, allowing the opportunity to plan and design imaginative and innovative neighborhoods through the use of alternative development standards. The Galloway Group also created a community's amenity package and standards for architectural design, product diversity and landscaping to ensure the long-term quality of the community.
