I-19 Commercial Site – Tucson, AZ
The Galloway Group prepared a feasibility study consisting of several site plan alternatives for a commercially zoned property near an interchange along the I-19 Highway. Exploring several potential development programs, the site plan alternatives assisted the Client in determining the potential market and evaluating the highest and best development scenario for the property.
