A local builder, who was developing apartment projects within the greater Phoenix market, was interested in a two story multi-family product that would plot at greater than 18 units per acre. Typical architectural solutions to this assignment proposed 12 to 20 unit buildings with remote or tuck-under carport parking. The Galloway Group had an alternative solution: smaller 8 unit buildings that could be built less expensively and more quickly, providing a faster return on investment to the Client.
