Pine Top Mixed Use is a proposed planned community consisting of 340 units that will include a boutique commercial/office center and two different residential neighborhoods. The approximately 57.1 gross acre site includes perimeter roadways and a central open space greenbelt park that will be enhanced to provide an activity corridor incorporating the community’s open space amenities. The Galloway Group proposed townhomes with a Mountain Victorian architectural character.
