Marbella is a master planned residential community consisting of almost 400 dwelling units. Residential home types range from attached townhomes to conventional single family homes and include two higher density detached home types: 'two pack' homes and 'hammerhead' cluster homes. The master site plan included an 8 acre public park dedication, three community centers with pools and several pocket parks and greenbelts that connect the four residential neighborhoods. The Galloway Group prepared the master site plan and assisted Jackson Properties of Arizona in preparing and processing the re-zoning and planned development plan through the City of Chandler.
