Park View - Upland, CA

Park View is a Mixed Use Specific Plan development located in Upland, California. It includes a 100,000 sq. ft. commercial/retail center, and a residential community consisting of 400 housing units. The Specific Plan allows for a variety of detached and attached home type while also including private open-space parks and linear greenbelts with walkways connecting the amenities, commercial center, and residential neighborhoods.  The Galloway Group prepared the Specific Plan documents and assisted in the zoning approvals in the City of Upland and the city of Claremont.  The document for Claremont included sustainable building design guidelines.
