US Homes of Nevada needed a quick feasibility study to determine the opportunities for a golf-oriented active adult community just south of town. The Galloway Group prepared a golf course routing study, clubhouse programming/conceptualization and product segmentation for a 500 unit planned development to assist US Homes with its due diligence efforts.
