Brown Family Communities asked The Galloway Group to create innovative floor plans and architectural elevations  for its upcoming development Eagle Ridge that it could use in its other communities as well. This meant that the elevations needed to meet the town of Gilbert's strict design review but also needed to be less expensive to construct for the client’s more affordable locations. The Galloway Group designed eight floor plans each with three alternative elevation styles for 50 and 60 foot wide lots. Home sizes ranged from 2,420 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft. The plans featured an informal living arrangement and home amenities such as turreted entries, flex office space, island kitchens, and oversized master suites.
