The Galloway Group designed this office park within a larger planned development in the emerging southeast market in the Phoenix Valley. The Client wanted to maximize the opportunity for office condominiums while reserving enough space for its new corporate headquarters. The concept provides three identical buildings in a small campus-like plan that distributes the parking conveniently throughout the site and features a focal fountain design element.
