Dixie Street - Oceanside, CA
This small infill site within an older single family neighborhood had development rights that would allow nine homes, if the developer could meet several requirements for internal open space, sustainability building design, and neighborhood compatibility. The Galloway Group provided site planning and entitlement services for Red Point Homes and designed two floor plans each with three distinctive elevations, and prepared exterior color and material specifications for the project.
