Tim is an architect, and oversees the design direction of architectural projects including residential, office, commercial and resort buildings including floor plan design, and development of the architectural vision for projects in the firm. Tim worked for the Recreactions Group of Companies a national builder before joining The Galloway Group and spent several years at nationally rated architectural firms in OrangeCounty I both planning and architectural design disciplines. Tim received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He enjoys golf and traveling (mostly to areas with a lot of golf courses).
Chuck Lester
Chuck has over 25 years of experience in both land use planning and physical site planning projects. He has been involved with the design and coordination of master planned communities and site specific planning concepts. His responsibilities at the firm include site analysis, land use planning, feasibility studies/site design, and governmental liaison for a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States and Mexico. He is also involved with the design reviews of landscape and architectural plans for exclusive coastal communities and various homeowners’ associations. Chuck enjoys family life and also coaches the boys and girls varsity Cross Country teams at Costa Mesa High School
Jeremy Smith
An Irvine native, Jeremy joined the Galloway Group in 2000. Learning on the job from the ground up, Jeremy has helped oversee the Galloway Groups graphic department and implemented a transition from hand drafting and illustration to a complete digital rendering process. Proficient in AutoCAD, In Design, and Photoshop, combined with a knowledge site planning with a hands on approach, Jeremy has helped improve the firm’s technical and artistic capabilities. Jeremy attended UCSB, majored in Political Science and Environmental Studies and spent a year abroad studying in the Netherlands. When not busy working at the Galloway Group he enjoys nature and wildlife photography and enjoys golfing, camping, astronomy, and Linux (not necessarily in that order).
Sally Merritt
Sally joined The Galloway Group in 2002 as an executive assistant, bringing with her 25 years of administrative background to the firm. Today, she manages daily operations, accounts payable and human resources, provides marketing assistance and provides administrative services on projects in the office. Sally creates marketing brochures, specific plan and design guideline layouts and organizes company activities. Sally received a Business/Secretarial Administration Degree and Paralegal Certificate from Sawyer Business College. Her interests include family, decorative painting and photography.
